SYSWH: Warehouse Distribution

If you are managing inventory across borders, you need a robust Warehouse Tracking System that ensures nothing goes missing. SYSWH handles the nitty-gritty of inventory management.

From the moment a Good Receipt Note is generated to the final stock count sheet, you have a digital paper trail.

Problem Solving:
We built in “Stock Discrepancy Reports” because we know that physical inventory doesn’t always match the spreadsheet. This tool helps you catch and fix those errors fast.

SYSCM - CONTAINER MANAGEMENT

The Container Management Module allows users a more efficient way of tracking containers so you can save both time and effort in individually tracking each single container that comes in and out. Users will be able to upload Excel files of container events and tracking to make tracking more efficient and user friendly. Alternatively, user can link to Singapore PSA’s Portnet to automate the updates of the container status for the following events:

The system can compute both detention and demurrage charges. Provide releasing orders and instructions for releasing containers from the Depot. Use the storing order module for receiving containers into the Depot. Container details such as principle, lessor, On Hire and Offide Dates, Container Movement and charge history are available to provide you with the most relevant information needed for container tracking. This system is solely dedicated to tracking Export and Import Jobs through a web browser.

SYSCM: Container Management

Tracking containers manually is a waste of your team’s time. SYSCM automates this.

Direct Integration:
For our users in the region, we can link directly to Singapore PSA’s Portnet to automate status updates for gate-ins, gate-outs, and loading.

Cost Control:
The system automatically computes detention and demurrage charges, saving you from unpleasant surprises when the bill arrives.

eTRACK - ONLINE TRACKING

This web self-care module provides real-time information on the status of the cargo shipment, as well as place shipment booking via the Internet for the customer. Tracking of the Air, Sea, Transport shipment and Transhipment Status online. The overseas agents can update the export cargo clearance status any time to provide real time update to customers. Customer can make online booking of the Air, Sea or Local Transport service which will link to the SysFreight system directly. Confirmation of the Booking will automatically be sent as an email to customer. Customer can track the booking and shipment status online. The customers or agents can login to print their own document e.g. B/L AWB, Invoice, D/O and Statement etc.

eTRACK:
This is your client-facing portal. Your customers can book shipments online and track status updates in real-time without calling you.
